He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Eddie" Bossie and Mary Bossie (Guerette); and his siblings, Wilbur Bossie and Violet Soleck (Bossie). He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Bossie (Boulette); his sister Cecile Clark (Bossie) of South Hadley, Massachusetts; his children, Steven Bossie (Beverly) of Manchester, PA, Mark Bossie (Dawn) of Houlton, ME and Jeanne Currie (Gregory Dow Sr.) of Houlton, ME; his grandchild Jeromy Bossie; his children, Heather Bossie (Metodi Staev), Timothy Bossie (Julie), Tiffany Bossie (Jameson Smith), Bruce Currie (Katherine) and Mitchell Currie (Amanda); his great grandchildren, Olivia Bossie, Greta, Margo and Max Currie; and his grandchildren, Fitzgerald Currie and Isaac Staev. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
