He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Williams and Dora Williams (Rockwell); his wife Amanda; his son Craig; and his great grandchild Allison Foley.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce (Melodee), Brian (Lee), Todd (Vickie) and Julie (Steve Bennett); his daughter-in-law Vicky; his grandchildren, Audrey Williams, Danielle (Aaron Bourre), Luke (Nicole Williams), Timothy (Sarah Williams), Rachel (Randy Carmichael), Daphne (Jeff Hegreness), Elaine (Joseph Foley), Angela (Jon Buzbee), Nicole Bennett and Janelle (Matthew McEwen); his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Odin, Mallory, Paisley, Jaycey, Hadley, Jaydyn, Dominic, Asher, Harrison, Owen, Sena, Krystina, Declan, Alexandria, Sailor, Rhett and Maverick; and his siblings, Joyce Harris, Susan Golding and Martin Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
