She is survived by: her daughter Debra (Dana Adams); her son-in-law Barry Putnam (Kristin Supa); and her grandchildren, Troy Adams, Micah Adams, Bethany Crum, William Putnam, Joseph Putnam, Amanda Varney and Michelle Slike. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
