With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet A. Russell in Houlton, Maine, born in Island Falls, Maine, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Sirois and Helena Sirois (Socia); her husband Jerome Russell; and her siblings, William "Pit" Sirois, Alfred "Puss" Sirois, Lorena Fox, Cecile Plourde and Gilbert Sirois.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Russell of Island Falls, ME and Kerri Plourde (Bruce Billings) of Presque Isle, ME; her grandchildren, Renae Ferris (Matthew Ferris), Kara Plourde (Billy Taylor), Thomas Russell (Brittany Jacobs) and Hana Plourde (Donald Smyth); and her great grandchildren, Khloe Ferris, Mason Cloney, Tyler Ferris, Macie Russell, Layla Ferris, Savanah Smyth and Eleanor Russell. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
