He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Warren Tarr and Marjorie Tarr (McGraw); his wife Jeannine Tarr (Fluet) of Smyrna; his children, Cindy Tarr, John Golden of Smyrna, Jessica, Doug Stubbs of Merrill, James Jr., Kimberly Tarr of New Limerick, Jeremy and Jenny Tarr of Smyrna; his siblings, Paul Tarr (Shirley) of Oakfield, Warren Jr. Tarr (Barbara), Lyme, Linda Morton (Billy) of Crystal, Marjorie Casey (Dennis) of Houlton and Dianna Young (Frank) of Pelham; his sister-in-law Janice Tarr of Smyrna; and his close friend Dana Bubar. He was also cherished by Nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
