It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Cole of Houlton, Maine, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Melburn Cole and Evelyn Cole (Merritt); his children, Melinda and Christopher; and his brother David.
He is survived by: his son Ben Cole of Houlton; his grandchildren, Dawson and Addison; his daughter Meredith (Don Jessie) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Colby, Faith and William; his wife Jean Cole (Ferguson) of Houlton; and his brothers, Gary (Louise Cole), Ralph (Sharon Cole) and Brian (Sally Cole). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
