Harrison Crouse Roper Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harrison Crouse Roper (Houlton, Maine), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on April 28, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Franklin and Martha Raper (Jarrell); and his brothers, Charles and Jarrell. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sons, Robert Keyes Roper (Amy Peterson-Roper) of Lubec and Steven Crouse Roper of Old Town; his granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Roper Paradis (Ryan); his great grandchild William of Hampden; his grandson Jeremiah Harrison Roper (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Theodore and Clara Kate of Hampden; and his sister Margaret Hummon of Salem, OR. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and other family members.

Masks will be required and social distancing will be practiced. There will be no reception following the service due to COVID.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to McGill's Community Band.
