It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frieda B. Jeffery (Houlton, Maine), who passed away on June 8, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Frieda may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sr. Wiggins and Bernice Wiggins (Armstrong); her husband Sonny; and her siblings, George Wiggins Jr., John Wiggins, Deborah Stevens, Marguerite Malone and Dorothy Shaw.
She is survived by: her brother Lawrence Wiggins. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who wish to honor Frieda's memory take a friend out for a ride around the countryside or share a meal together and catch up or make a donation to Ark Animal Shelter c/o Hollywood Pet Salon, 70 Main St., Houlton, ME 04730.
