He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Harvey and Rena Harvey (Hoyt); his son Allen "Corky" Harvey; his siblings, Ronald Harvey and Lois Morkel; and his son-in-law Jack Matheson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harvey; and his children, Wilma Matheson of Monticello, Darla Brown (Ron) of Monticello, Bruce Harvey (Brenda) of Monticello and Brian Harvey of Monticello. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
