She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Cornish and Louisa Cornish (Purvis); her former husband Dr. Donald McCaughan; her son Denis Colin McCaughan; her husband Peter Heales; and her grandson Matthew Phylis.
She is survived by: her children, Deirdre Eva McMahon (Tim) of Presque Isle, ME, Donald Eoin McCaughan (Vero) of Marseille, France and Fiona Cathleen McCaughan (Eric) of Stoughton, MA.; her stepdaughters, Beatrice and Laura Heales of England; her grandchildren, Timothy F. (Jennifer), Owen P. McMahon (Kristin), Jean Owen McCaughan and Lena Rose McCaughan; and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah, Sean, Ella, Gavin and Graeme McMahon.
