She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Gilman and Kathleen Gilman (Hersey); her husband Robie Brewer; her grandson Dustin McCrum; and her brothers, Linwood Hersey (Edward Gilman) and Gene Gilman.
She is survived by: her children, Bart McCrum (Dorothy) of Buxton, Maurice McCrum (Louann Cook) of Mars Hill, Peter Brewer of Fairfield, Barbara McCrum of Bass Harbor, Patti Massa (Ciro) of Chaplin, CT. and Abbi Stevens (Todd) of Roque Bluffs, ME.; her brother William "Bill" Gilman of Rockport, TX.; and her grandchildren, Dirk, Joshua, Ashley, Christopher, Anglee and Scarlett. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
