He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woods and Addie Woods (Mullins); his siblings, Robert (Billie), Bill (Pat) and Marylou (Carl Gray); his son Randy; and his son-in-law Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Karl (Lisa), Amy (Wally) and May; his grandchildren, Cody, Robby, Mary Drew, Kristina (Jimmy) and Holly (Jay); and his sister Annegaye Ellis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
