He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee G. Clifford and Alyce Clifford (Bumford); and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Clay); his children, Jane Crandall (Darrell) of Oakfield, ME and Dale Jr. (Jodi Hall) of Linneus; his grandsons, Riley Fitzpatrick (Kianna Folsom) of Houlton and Collin Clifford (Emma Fitzgerald) of Hermon; his nephew Craig Clifford (Netti Watrous); and his sister-in-law Althea.
