With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarence Jacques (Houlton, Maine), born in Brownville Junction, Maine, who passed away on October 9, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Jacques and June (Brown); his wife Naomi Curtis; and his siblings, Calvin and Dorothy Ann Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Christine (Kevin Skehan) of The Villages, FL, Linda Jacques Montalto of Rockland, ME, Donald (Nancy Beaton) of Prattville, AL, Carol (Robert Dodge) of Rockland, ME, Sharon (Neal Byron) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Vicky (Mike Bossie) of Yorktown, VA and Paul (Debra Schools) of Littleton, ME; and his sisters, Lillian Curtis of Compton, MD, Connie Serbek of Canaan, CT, Veronica McLeod of Conway, SC, Berdena Dew of Torrington, CT. and Annelle Gallant of Torrington, CT.. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
