It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christopher Roy Holmes (Houlton, Maine), who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Holmes and Marjorie Holmes (Campbell); and his brothers, Terry and Randy. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Holmes (Katie); his children, MarleyJoy and Blaze of Houlton; his siblings-in-law, Melody of Belfast, Connie Holmes of Canada and David Izzo of Houlton; his parents-in-law, Rev. Stephen and Donna Izzo of Houlton; his close friends, Wayne, Marlene Watson of New Limerick, Dan and Cathy-Jo Moreau of Monticello; and also, Timothy (Vanessa) of Herman, Richard (Sara) of Bridgewater, Ralph (Chantelle) of Eddington, Daniel of Glenburn, Peter (Belinda) of Houlton and Wanda St. Peter (Gary) of Corinth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mars Hill Full Gospel Assembly (9 Maple St, Mars Hill, ME 04758). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
