He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Dow and Serita Dow (Lane). He is survived by: his wife Beth Dow of Monticello; his children, Adam Dow (Tiara) of Presque Isle, Andrew Dow (Lacey Robbins) of Presque Isle, Amber Gwinn of Bangor and Benjamin Dow (Laura) of Presque Isle; and his siblings, Stephanie McChord (Charles) of Skowhegan, Michael Dow of Florida, Jeffery Dow (Mei) of Maryland and Christopher Dow (Nakisha) of Washington, D. C.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
