She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Phillips and Donna Phillips (Malone); her grandson Rilo-Lamaar; and her brother Cleo. She is survived by: her close friend Karl Flewelling of Monticello; her sons, Leslie Winslow III of Massachusetts, Logan Winslow of Massachusetts and Lucas Winslow of Houlton; and her siblings, Billy Carpenter, Andrew Phillips Jr., Joyce Faulkner, Jason Phillips, Bernard Carpenter, Georganna Russell, Beth Seward and Ryan Phillips. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
