He is survived by: his wife Catherine; his children, Aaron and Samantha; his grandsons, Gabriel, Nicholas Green, Chase and Tanner Biondi; his sister Lynn Fitzpatrick (Billy); his siblings-in-law, Daniel, Robert, Allen, Vickie Pratt, Karen Brewer (Juddy) and Kellie; and his mother-in-law Caroline McNinch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
