He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernal Bouchard and Alice Bouchard (Glidden); his siblings, Dick and Roberta; and his stepson Chris.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Day; his children, Reva and Alan; his stepson Craig; his siblings, Roger, Lee, Debbi and Brenda; and his siblings-in-law, Charleen, Patty and Brent. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
