It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth McKay of Hollis, Maine, born in Bucksport, Maine, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gertrude McAllian (Sedgley) and Charles McAllian; her husband Jim; her sons, Charles (Mariko) of Izunokuni, Brendan (Terry) of Baltimore and Chris (Nicole) of New Sharon, Maine; her grandchildren, Kayla, Jessica, Nikki, Kota, Kyle, Jonathan, Jackson and Morgan; her siblings, Mary Wheeldon (Jim) of Orrington Maine and Chuck McAllian of Orland; and her sheltie Skye. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
