He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Mackie and John Mackie. He is survived by: his children, Ethan and Marissa Rowe; his wife Angela; his brother Rick Mackie (Nancy); his nephew Josh; his niece Danielle; his mother-in-law Joyce Nelson; his brother-in-law Andrew (Anna Nelson); and his niece Clara.

The Snell Foundation provides direct financial support for patients at NECS who face more of a financial burden due to their illness. In lieu of flowers he asks that you donate to this non-profit either on-line or at PO Box 6304, Scarborough, ME 04070.
