He was predeceased by: his mother Marsha Shaw; and his daughter Kaylee. He is survived by: his father Chester "Sonny" Heath of Hollis; his children, Trinity, Skylar and Ashton; and his siblings, Brian Heath, James Shaw and Jennifer O'Gara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
