With solemn reverence, we commemorate Alfred Havu Sr. (Hollis, Maine), whose life came to an end on March 14, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Havu and Gertrude Havu (Reed); and his brothers, John, Donald and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Estella Havu; his children, Gertrude Havu of Florida, Alfred O Havu, Jr. (Jane) of Dayton, David Havu (Joann) of Dayton and Dwight (Liz) of Hollis; his sister Virginia Havu; and his grandchildren, Peter, James, Scott and Carrie. He is also survived by grandchildren/great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (80 Pleasant Hill Rd, Hollis, ME 04042). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 80 Pleasant Hill Road, Hollis Maine 04042 or the Hollis Fire Department Training Fund in memory of Alfred O. Havu, Sr. 405 Plains Road Hollis Center, Maine 04042.
