Kelly of Cocoa Beach; his granddaughter Renee'Kelly of Titusville, Florida; his stepdaughter Michelle Lawrence of Ft. Myers; his sisters-in-law, Gayle Nichols and Mary Nichols of Bradley; his close friend Michelle Hogan of Bangor; his sister Noreen Kelly-Perkes; his child Thomas W. Kelly IV; and his brother-in-law Jeffrey Nichols. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
