He is survived by: his children, Brittany Gould (Joey) of Corinna, Austin Chipman (Elizabeth) of Newport, Alexander Chipman (Kaylee) of St. Albans, Autumn Chipman of Wisconsin and Lily Walsh of St. Albans; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Jayce, Colton and Maliyah; his siblings, Delores Adams and Tracy Chipman (Caryn); his close friends, Gene Rines (Peggy) and Eric Young (Kelly); and his former wife Shannon Marie Proctor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
