He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foster Erwin Brooks Sr. and Kathleen Althea Brooks (Parker); his wife Jeanne Lorraine Faloon; his children, Shawn, Michael and Shelley; and his siblings, Foster Jr., Danny, Phyllis, Deborah, Wendy, Sherwood and Larry. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; twenty plus cousins, eight nieces and eleven nephews.
