He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Ballard and Doris Ballard (Seekins); and his brothers, Byron, Jr. and Timothy. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ballard (Brooks); his children, Michelle Vicnaire (Scott), Christopher Ballard (Amanda Campbell) and Stephanie Dunham (Ron); his grandchildren, Amanda Rhinehart (Thomas), Angelica Laurenovics (Karl), Andrew Vicnaire (Gabrielle), Abigail Harmon (Timothy), Brandi Bauer (Mike), Christina Ballard (Kyle O'Brien), Brandon Ballard (Morgan) and Erica Kern; and his sister Diane Landry. He is also survived by many aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
