It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherwood Raymond Estes of Harrison, Maine, who passed away on October 23, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Estes and Martha Estes; and his brothers, Leo, Robert, Gordon, Earl, Donald and Lawrence.
He is survived by: his wife Alberta P. Estes; his children, Charlene Allen (George), Randy Estes, Darlene Bertoni, Steve Denison and Joan Leland (Matt); and his grandchildren, Mickey Green (Melissa), Shawn Allen, Bethany Estes, Russell Estes, Scott Denison, Rebecca Messer (Dan), Adam Johnson (Jennifer), Ellen Leland, Marina Leland and Mackenzie Nile (Tom). He is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
