He is survived by: his wife Theresa Davis Nowlin of Harrison; his children, Kelly Cook (Hank) of Georgia, Jeff Nowlin (Tracy) of New Jersey and Amber Mercer (Mark) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Morgan, Coty Mayo, Jade, Kyle Shankman, Tyler Nowlin-Lachance, Patty Nowlin, Kelsey Nowlin, Jenevive Deveraux and Noah Crocker; and his great grandchildren, Gracie Mayo, Bethanie Mayo and Lennon Shankman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
