He is survived by: his brother Charles Phillips (Ann); his daughters, Christy Zabel (Tom) and Angela; his stepdaughter Kerri; his niece Michelle (Josh); his grandchildren, Katherine, Rachel, Adri, Logan and Peyton; his significant other Shelley Leighton; his partner's daughter Monica (Kevin); his pet Spook; his close friend Noyes Hatt (Tom); and also, Paige, Tom, Dustin, Keanna, Dakota, Landen, Reese, Shane, Isabelle and Tyler.
