He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon L. and Cecile J. (Prud'homme) of Lowell, Massachusetts; and his siblings, Donald R. Butterfield and Mary J. Butterfield. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his brother Peter (Dolores) of Plaistow; his stepchildren, Vanessa Guthrie (Tom) of Lowell, Anthony Manni (Kimberly) of West Warwick and Ryan Manni (Monica) of Pepperell, Massachusetts.; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Evan, Adam, Lily, Emma, Claire, Sam, Oliver, Scarlett and Harper; his nephews, Alexander Butterfield (Kathleen) of Plaistow, Steven Butterfield (Michelle) of Plaistow and Spencer Butterfield (Jeffrey) of Methuen, Massachusetts; and his cousins, Jacquelyn, Susan Butterfield of Westford and Ann Seed (Douglas) of Salem.
