He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Breyer and Hazel Breyer (Frye). He is survived by: his wife Georgia; his children, Charles Allen (Susan Moshier) of Bath, Lisa Forsyth (Kenneth) of Haverhill and David (Teresa) of Bartow; his grandchildren, David James and Rebecca Breyer; his sister Roberta Teitelbaum (Edward) of Silver Spring; and his nephews, Steven, Joel and Daniel.
