He is survived by: his spouse Gail Ann Chase; his sons, Daren, Brad and Michael; his brother David Worcester; his daughters-in-law, Frances Berry-Worcester and Amanda Worcester (Lobley); his grandchildren, Jett, Wyatt, Juliet, Chance, Avery and Maddox; his sister-in-law Donna Worcester (Peare); his nephew Brian; and his niece Jenny Tirrell.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you treat loved ones to dinner, make a memory, and enjoy your time together.
