She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter, Sr. Kelley and Frances Kelley (Closson); her husband Samuel Banks; her son James Hancock; and her brothers, Walter Kelley Jr., David Kelley (Joyce Kelley) and Rexford Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Zacharias (Daniel) of Grandview, MO, Mark Hancock (Rebecca) of Mechanicville, NY and Sheryl Edgecomb (Steven) of Hancock; her stepdaughter Diane Shaw (Michael) of Dudley, MA; her siblings, Marilyn Blaisdell of Milford, Jack Kelley (Marti Flint) of Ellsworth and Richard Kelley (Dorothy Epstein) of Jacksonville, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Lucy Kelley of Seal Cove and Dr. Karen L. M. Kelley of Searsport.
