He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mack and Anne Mack (Sheehan); his wife Theresa Mack (Coppola); his brother Edward Mack; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Coppola, Paul Coppola and Angela Coppola.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Ann McGuire (Frank) of Brewer, Maine; his grandchildren, Joseph McGuire (Mary) of Natick, MA, Anne McGuire (Eric Haskell) of Hingham, MA and Peter McGuire (Julia Shatz) of Visalia, CA; his great grandchildren, Timothy, Corinne McGuire, Andrew Haskell and Micah Shatz-McGuire; his sister-in-law Arden Mack of Bedford, TX; his nephews, Ted and Peter; and his niece Benita Mack. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
