It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine Isabel Libby Mills (Hallowell, Maine), born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on October 11, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Stan Libby, Eleanor St and Richard Libby; and her nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Wing, Steve St, Dennis Libby and Lee St.
She is survived by: her parents, Ruth Emerson Heiskell and Frank Milton Libby; her husband Robert Mills; her grandfather Cathy; her children, Michael Mills (Cindy) of Tulsa, Karin Mills (Stephanie Martin) of Chicago and Russell Mills (Greg Dostie) of Hallowell; and her brother Roger Libby. She is also survived by extended family then, grew with the addition of his children and grandchildren.
