It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harley W. Tarr Sr. (Guilford, Maine), born in Dover Foxcroft, Maine, who passed away on May 14, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Tarr and Lois Smart. He is survived by: his parents, Birchie N. and Doris M. Tarr (Clifford); his wife Janet Tarr (Merrill); his sons, Harley Tarr, Jr., Virginia Rathburn, Scott Tarr and Jason Tarr (Valerie); his grandsons, Hunter Tarr and Justin Rathburn; his great grandchildren, Jada Rathburn and Boston Rathburn; and his siblings, George Tarr (June), Nancy Patterson (Basil) and Ann Parsons (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
