She was predeceased by: her parents, Leighton H. Shaw and Geneva H. Shaw (Prosser); her husband Francis V. Whitney; her daughter Carolyn Smith; her siblings, Merlin, Arthur Shaw, Goldina Turner, Beatrice Laskey and Elsie Bouley; and her great grandchild Riley Lizotte.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Lizotte (Jacqueline) and Stephen Lizotte (Roxanne); her grandchildren, Heather, Joe, Christine, Jamie, Jonah and Keisha; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Hannah, Andrew, Camden, Colton, Connor, Reese, Haley, Danielle and Brynn; and her great great grandchild Mayven. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
