She is survived by: her parents, Carl Tozier and Lillian Ellingwood Tozier; her son Philip Ladd; her husband Richard Billings of Avondale; and also, Janet Ladd Alberts (Andrew) of Woodbridge, Eleanor Ladd Chambers (Peggi) and Catherine Billings of Rockwood. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
