He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Libby Sr. and Audrey Dumont; and his brother Roland Dumont. He is survived by: his wife Heidi Libby; his children, Matthew Libby of Turner and Katie Charest (Josh) of Greene; his grandchildren, Camrin Libby and Parker Charest; and his siblings, William Dumont (Laurie) of Minot, Gordon Libby (Stacy Proteau) of Lewiston, Danny Libby (Deborah) of Wales and Bonnie Gallop of Lewiston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
