He was predeceased by: his father Blinn McIntosh; and his grandfather Laurent Breton (Larry). He is survived by: his mother Corinne McIntosh of Lewiston; his daughter Kayla McIntosh of Sabattus; his sister Amy Austin (Patrick) of Lisbon Falls; his nieces and nephews, Mitchell Austin (Emma) of Lisbon Falls, Monica Van Ollefen (Tyler) of Vermont, Nickolas Austin and Kiley Merritt of Lisbon Falls; his grandchildren, Aubree, Breilla and Rhett Provencher of Sabattus; and his great-nephew Alexander Austin of Lisbon Falls.
A reception was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crosman Funeral Home (40 Main St, Lisbon, ME 04252).
