He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred J. Lepine and Yolande M. Lepine. He is survived by: his wife Angela Consalvo-Lepine; his children, Karah Hagan Lepine, Scott Michael Lepine and Brianne Godin of Pawtucket, RI.; his siblings, Albert (Ingrid Lepine) of Auburn and Connie Barkeman Pearson (Richard Pearson); his grandchildren, Evan Wolfe, Ashton, Autumn, Tye Traverse, Marshall and Jonathan Lepine; and his great grandchild Kayden Wolfe. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews, and an abundant number of great nieces and nephews, family friends.
