He is survived by: his parents, Juliet Plouff and Henry Plouff; his spouse Louise Jones Plouff; his sons, Jeffrey (Cathy), Gary (Maureen) and Tim (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Erin, Juliet and David; his great grandchildren, Caleb and Henry; and his sister Claire Sidelinger. He is also survived by the numerous nieces and nephews that were part of a large extended family.
