He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie, Madeline Gosselin, Doris and Robert Merrill Sr.; and his uncles, Mike and Randy Gosselin.
He is survived by: his parents, Diane Thomas (Gosselin) and Robert Merrill Jr. (Pam Davis); his stepfather Wayne Thomas of Greene; his siblings, Scott Gosselin (Renee) of Leeds and Breann Crocker (Ryan) of Lewiston; his children, Tamyka, Olivia, Bella and Chad Jr.; and his siblings, Desiree Macleod (Pete) of New Hampshire, Brenda May (Ron) of Canada, Shawn and Carlton Gallant of Lewiston. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made in Chad's memory to the Maine Behavioral Health Foundation to support others who are currently struggling with addiction.
