She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bellou and Annie Pearl Bellou (Littleton); her brother Theodore A. Munden; her stepfather Cary Munden; her son-in-law Harvey R. Donnelly; her parents-in-law, Arthur W. and Marion L. Chapman; and her brothers-in-law, Clifton S. "Butch" Brook and David R. O'Neal.
She is survived by: her husband William D. Chapman of Fort Fairfield; her children, William J. "BJ" Chapman (Rose Kuehl) of Gray, TaJuana A. "Tonnie" Smyth (Donnie) of Fort Fairfield, C. Victoria "Vikki" Donnelly of Fort Fairfield and Deborah "Debbie" Peters (JD) of Falmouth; her grandchildren, Veronica L. Dougherty of Fort Fairfield, Max Peters of Orono, Logan Peters of Falmouth, Draven Chapman of Gray and Matthew Donnelly of New Hampshire; her sister Carrie Dawn; and her siblings-in-law, Jay Bordeau of Wolfeboro, NH, Dana W. Chapman, Rebecca M. Brook of Fort Fairfield and Trudy A. O'Neal of Fort Fairfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
