He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip G. Lavoie Sr. and Shirley Lavoie Sr. (Robichaud). He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy, Ann, Paul, Robert and David (Jeannie); and also Bill. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
