He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lowell and Polly Lowell (Nutter). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Lowell (Ellis) of Gray; his son Monty Lowell; his siblings, Dorothy Wilber (Richard) and Robin Lowell (Judy); and his stepsons, Dana Fogg and Duane Fogg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, step grandchildren.
