Omer Dionne Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2021, at the age of 81, Omer Dionne of Grand Isle, Maine passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Omer Dionne to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dionne and Roseanne Dionne (Lavigne); his daughter Sherri Kelley; and his siblings, Aurele, Victor, Leo, Reno, Georgianne and Florence.

He is survived by: his wife Ginette (Beaulieu); his children, Tina Cormier (Richard) of Grand Isle, Lynn Beaulieu (Kenneth) of Grand Isle, Tammy Martin (Ronald) of Booneville, KY, Alan Philibert (Yvette) of Stanford Springs, CN, Brenda Philibert of Presque Isle, Kimmy Philibert of Presque Isle and Claude Philibert Jr. (Danielle) of Holland, MA; his grandchildren, Luke, Adam, Valerie, Jeremy, Katelynn, Dillon, Kade, Chase, Mitchell, Michael, Eric and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Ensley, Amelia, Camron, Gavin, Jaden and Abel; and his siblings, Cecile Mackenzie of Dartmouth, NS and Albert Dionne Jr. (Ruth) of Caribou.

Omer will be remembered for his tremendous heart, generous giving, laughter and his memorable phrase "Holy Sweet Pickle" Due to the Covid restrictions, a private Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the St. Gerard Church in Grand Isle.
