She is survived by: her brother Carl H. Pforzheimer III (Elizabeth); her children, David Aronson (Lauren Handelman), Alison Sherman (Tom), Jeannie Owens, Edith Aronson (Deb Henry) and Peter Aronson (SallyAnn Salsano); and her grandchildren, Carrie Sherman, Nicholas Sherman, Isabelle Aronson and Natalie Aronson.
Nancy was also a dedicated board member of the Carl and Lily Pforzheimer Foundation, a family foundation established by her grandparents in 1942.
