He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Hammond and Clara Hammond (Dudley); his sister Joyce; and his grandson Kyle. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Alvin Worcester, Allen Hammond, Tina and Kimberly Hammond; and his brother Frank Hammond. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Donations in Harold's memory may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children, and sent to Anah Temple Shrine, 1404 Broadway, Bangor, ME 04401.
